Bri hails from Santa Fe, New Mexico, but fell madly in love with Portland when she moved here to attend Reed college in the mid-90’s. Bri and her husband share their N Portland home with an ever evolving menagerie of rescues including a one eyed cat, a 3 legged dog, and a chicken. Prior to falling into real estate, Bri did recipe development for coffee shops, ran her own catering business, and had a food cart at SE 28th & Division. While she don’t cook professionally anymore, she’s still a passionate advocate of the slow food movement and you can find her shopping at the King Farmer’s Market every weekend when she’s not farming her own plot at the Beech Street Community Garden in N PDX. These days most of Bri’s non-real estate related hours are spent working with Freeform Portland Community Radio (KFFP-LP Portland) as official Chair of Promotions and unofficial Chair of Diffusing Awkward Situations. She hosts a radio show every other Sunday from 4 – 6pm dedicated to the influence of The Velvet Underground on 90.3/98.3 FM in the greater Portland Metro area under the name DJ Virginia Plain.
