A Portland native & University of Oregon alum, Daria earned a degree in Sustainable Community Development. This study, combined with years overseas in Italy, Israel, Japan, & Switzerland, firmly grounded her understanding of design across cultures and within communities. Daria’s extensive knowledge and insight into architecture, design, building & renovation provides her clients a distinct advantage in seeing the full potential of a property. In working with her clients, Daria draws on her clear communication skills and on her experience as a Realtor, developer, and a savvy native Portlander. She uses her insight into the current & future markets to assist her clients in achieving the most advantageous price in Buying or Selling at any scale. “I see the purchasing or selling of real estate as not a single act but as a dynamic, evolving process. There is a multifaceted educational curve to guide a client to the point they are able to make a confident decision to move or stay, sell or buy. This is a process I very much enjoy and feel honored to be a part of!” Daria served on the Boise Neighborhood Association Board as Co-Chair of the Land Use & Transportation Committee, also for many years as Design & Business Consultant for award winning Waechter Architecture, and as the Site Committee Chair on various Boards. Daria is active on the Parent Councils of her children’s schools. Leisure time is joyfully spent reading, knitting, and white water rafting, climbing, & back country skiing with her family. Daria speaks Spanish, Japanese & Italian.
