Glenda sees the best in others and helps them affirm their strengths by quietly offering her own in support. She freely gives her time and ideas to all our agents, helping us all be better brokers. When not carefully checking our processes and managing our money, Glenda spends hours and hours in dragon boats, practicing on the Willamette River and racing with a visually impaired team all over the Northwest.
