Richard migrated to the Pacific NW from Los Angeles, where he grew up. He honed his sales skills in the hospitality, finance and tech industries and eventually launched his own business in real estate. He purchased a company, grew it into a franchise and added a property management component. Richard’s independent and helpful spirit has always been the driver of a long and successful career. Richard sold his company and expected to kick into retirement, but found he just wasn’t ready to let his clients go. He brightens the room wherever he goes, and he will also make your negotiation process as smooth as possible. Richard has always been a friend of The Agency so it was our privilege have him join us. We are a match in practice and the culture of lifelong learning. We all benefit from his deep experience and his warm and generous nature in life. You can too! Richard likes his down time at home in his garden, back home in SoCal, or as far away as Europe! He’s a big fan of the threater and stays fit by walking 100 miles a month. Retirement? Ha Ha!
