jill@theagencypdx.com

Being in the business since 2006, Jill is a highly effective negotiator, with a dedicated focus on ensuring the best possible outcomes for her clients - but she takes great care to do so without making anyone feel pressured. Her fun and easy-going nature allows her to relate to a wide range of personalities and she has a deep expertise of the market with an intimate understanding of the nuances that makes Portland special. Because she doesn’t treat this as a 9-to-5 job, Jill is readily accessible to jump on opportunities as they arise, and constantly seeks out new possibilities for how to translate what clients want into a reality for them. She thrives on delivering the highest quality service where her clients know she is committed to helping them find “the one”. Jill is a mother of twins (which makes her an adept multi-tasker), a wine connoisseur and loves working out to 90s gangster rap.

Nicole Curra is a residential real estate broker located in Portland, OR. She has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers save time and money through client education, reliability and care. When she’s not working you can find her reading, writing, cooking and all around having a good time with her wonderful family and friends. From a large family of 5 women Nicole learned her patience and compassion. Nicole currently lives and works on the eastside of Portland, OR. Fun Fact: In 1845 Nicole’s 6th great uncle, Francis Pettygrove, won the famous coin toss against Asa Lovejoy, giving Portland its name. Pettygrove was from Portland, ME and Lovejoy from Boston, MA. The name was decided when Pettygrove won two out of three coin tosses. The famous Portland Penny can be found today at the Oregon Historical Society.
